Manali - the "Queen of hill stations", in Indian Himalayas is full of amazing sights, blessed with all the natural bounties, surrounded by towering peaks, trekking and hiking trails, is a known for its immense natural beauty all over the world. Manali literally means the 'Home of Manu'. Manu is the mythological character who is supposed to have survived when the world was drowned in Flood. He then came to Manali and recreated human life. Thus, the area of Manali is sacred and Hindus treat the temples over here as pilgrimage. Situated in the central parts of the northern state of Himachal Pradesh, Manali is at the head of the Kullu valley. In Manali, one can find spectacular views of snowcapped peaks and slopes. There are thick forests, filled with cool breeze and bird song. There are fields of wild flowers, small picturesque hamlets and fruit-laden orchards, especially apples.

Day 01 :

  • Arrive at Destination's Camp Retreat, Manali 10:00
  • Check in/ camp assignments 12:30
  • Tour Facilities/ Lunch/ rest and relaxation 16:30
  • Yoga- simple asans, pranayam and meditation 17:00 to 18:00
  • Staff introduction and program review 18:30
  • Campfire & Dinner 19:30
  • Dream Time 20:30

Day 02 :

  • Awakening 06:30
  • Yoga-asans, pranayam and meditation 07:00 to 08:00
  • Breakfast and trip preparation 08:00 to 09:00
  • Hike up to Solang Glacier and return via Shivling Point
  • (Lunch enroute) 09:00 to 15:00
  • Paragliding session 16:00
  • Reiki session/ Debriefing 17:30 to 18:30
  • Dinner/entertainment 19:00 to 20:30
  • Dream Time 20:30

Day 03 :

  • Awakening 06:30
  • Yoga asans, pranayam and meditation 07:00 to 08:00
  • Breakfast and trip preparation 08:00 to 09:00
  • Snow Skiing session 09:00 to 10:00
  • River Crossing,Rock Climbing,Rappelling 11:00 to 13:00
  • Picnic lunch by the stream 13:00 t0 14:00
  • Mountain Biking 14:00 to 16:30
